That's why I fell in love with Portal. Portal was the first source game I played, and it drastically changed the way I saw first person shooters (if you can call it a shooter). The game wasn't just about shooting portals on walls and knocking over turrets. It was like you did what Glados said because you trusted her, and when she tried to murder chell in the fire, I trusted Glados so much that I actually waited a bit to see if someone/something came to pick me up. When it didn't I felt sorry that I had to escape, and I felt even worse when I killed her and saw the cake, and then she sang still alive... Short, simple, yet amazing game. I can't wait for portal 2.
Your starting to sound like a Xbox fanboy. The reason I think Move is better than Kinect is because there not putting a ton of casual and fitness games on it like Kinect. Plus, Kinect is a failure because there are no games for the gamers. Every single Kinect game looks like a Wii ripoff or designed for 3 years olds and their nannies. Move has Killzone 3, LBP 1+2, SOCOM 4, and a ton of other great games. What does Kinect have? a ton of shovelware and some dancing game. Yeah, sounds like a winner to me. Plus when I game I like to have some kind of controller in my hand, otherwise it doesn't feel like a game. I think move is awesome and has a lot more expandability then Kinect. Also, did you not see the guys using Kinect at E3? They looked like morons. It looks uncomfortable to use and can only go so far to support the hardcore games. How will shooters work on it? And expect a bunch of $100 peripherals on top of the already $150 product.
