Wake up using the train method

I found This cool way to direct the camera when waking up. (some people call it the train method?) However theres just one problem, in the logic box I see it uses 2 cameras(one for a pause after fade in, then one for the movement) and when it switches between cameras these a quick glitch to the player view. Does anyone know how to remedy this as I want a pause after fade in as well when I make one but I cant stand the jerk it takes the feel right out of it. I was thinking you could just make that one camera pause and then go instead of switching between a static and a moving camera. Since you guys know how to do this faster than me i was wondering if someone could test my theory?
