I just made it to the level where the door opens partway, then the power fails and GLaDOS says "Time out... that wasn't supposed to happen". Now I'm stuck.
There's an arrow that points to a crack in the wall, but there doesn't seem to be any surface a portal will stick to out there, or inside the hall I'm stuck in. Help!
