Nightmare house 2 not working

I keep getting the Engine Error script.. I have Half Life episode 2 downloaded, And both 2006 and 2007 source downloaded. I've played Half Life and Both sources.. What exactly am I doing wrong? I can't figure it out!

Where did you get Half Life 2 Episode 2 from?

Where did you get Half Life 2 Episode 2 from?

I went to the nightmare house 2 website and just followed a link there.. I guess I got it from Steam?
