Haha oh wow. I don't know how to deal with such a massive attack, wait for Ido to come here and do something drastic, keep away from the "you create stuff" section, we're going to nuke this place.

Man, it wasn't even any good porn. That sucked.

I changed the Captcha method, also added a new question during registration. There are still a few spammers we didn't catch though. If you see the same ones coming again and posting, tell us their names, maybe I missed a few when I banned a whole bunch just now.

Forums may be a little dry lately, but there's always some ongoing projects in the background, whether they are slow or fast on development. Rather have a dead forum ready for the new users than a porn site.

@Nestel - Sorry to hear you're leaving. WCS just isn't full of developers (yet?) to give you proper feedback for your works. I think you were expecting for a different kind of community.

Yesterday an ukrainian guy from my class stole my mobile. I left it on the table during the drawing class, I thought "I better not put the mobile there" but then I got distracted and forgot about it.

Then at the end of the class I found it wasn't in my pocket, didn't find it.

He even steals erasers, pencils and pens (maybe he is kleptomaniac...)

Really, I find it so disrespectful that he is stealing things in a foreign country, people like him are even more disrespectful to his own country.

Today in geometry class the teacher scolded him for talking, and he said "Is it because I'm ukrainian?"

What an ignorant douchebag.

He isn't even aware of his stupidity, people like that really piss the fuck out of me.

Nope, he's really tall (I'm as high as his shoulders) and I can't really force him to give it. Also I have no "proof" that he stole cause I didn't see anything. Of course he was the only one there that would ever steal something. I'm still trying to find the IMEI number so I can disable the phone.

Watcha think about that? Clever advert, made me chuckle. I look forward to it I mean I was a huge fan of Sony Ericsson but they never successfully made the transition into the smart phone market.

Having recently acquired an iPod Touch I've rekindled my love for portable gaming and also appreciate the advantages of having buttons...so I think it could be successful. I'm unsure what kinda games it's going to run though, if it has PS1 emulation they've got me and anything better than that would be amazing.

Oh also, this is aimed at Ido and Hen, ever considered iOS development? It's a great way to monetize your talents. I'm sure Portal:TFV would be a smash hit on the store although there's obvious copyright issues there. Also when I was playing Interlocked I was thinking about how easily it'd control on a touch screen...it'd be a great idea and has that jump in, jump out game play that's ideal for on the move.

We're in talks with a 3rd party company about porting Interlocked :) It'll probably take a few months tho, meanwhile it'll be out as a Flash as originally planned.

We're having a few issues with our homepage control panel so this project doesn't have a website just yet.

The Xperia Play looks pretty cool. I always wanted a smartphone with gamepad input. It's really all about the games though, and honestly I doubt they will manage to stand out. But hey if they do, I might buy it.

It felt like it would be native on iOS devices, I look forward to playing it.

It's "Playstation Certified" which is going to be Sony's answer to an app store but strictly for games. It's powerful as a gaming device but can it cut it? I mean, what has given mobile gaming success in recent years in innovative concepts and quirky features - not graphics and gameplay which drives the console world. It seems to sit in between "casual" and "hardcore" in the sense that "hardcore" gamers will stick to a portable gaming device and "casual" users will want another Angry Birds clone.

Yeah it seems like it. But the iPhone serves the audience between casual and hardcore as well, so it makes me doubt SE will manage to catch proper crowd with no unique specs (its got 1ghz afaik, like the rest of the smartphones) other than the gamepad input

I was really impressed by the gaming capabilities of my iPod. Gameloft seem to stick out as a company that capture that market well, they're games all pretty much just staple examples of their respective genres but they set the bar high for competition and often come out on top...

Another nice looking game but not from Gameloft (and won't work on my iPod :()

It's amazing what has been achieved there. It's a new generation of people taking control of a nation which, in terms of their leadership, was stuck in the past. I think it's far from over, but it's a progressive step.

I love how western governments suddenly don't like Mubarak after supporting him for the last 30 years. Oh and America speaking out about him censoring the Internet during the whole Wikileaks case seemed fucking ironic to me...

I just hope that when this goes into the history books, it's not under "World War III Causes".

Did you get your phone back?

Got it back today! :)

A friend of mine went with some ukrainian friends to talk with him, asked if he had some phone to sell, he showed my phone. Busted. He told him to give the phone cause he knew it was stolen from me.

Then his ukrainian friends even scolded him, said how shameful that was, etc. In the end he gave the phone and told to not tell anyone.

Really epic win, that guy was pwned.

Now to clean it, smells like tobacco.
